Do You know what tugboats are used for? Even if You do, here's a little reminder: it's used for towing larger vessels, especially in harbor. Pretty important job for a boat, isn't it? And this kind of boats are not very common to find as well. Sounds like a good deal to me! Go for the floor plans and keep working ;)
