A trebuchet is a type of siege engine most frequently used in the Middle Ages. It can fling quite heavy projectiles at or into enemy fortifications. But maybe You don't have enemies and there is no war, then why not use it for Your own good. For example, if You have big and heavy objects that needs to be lead from one place to another, then this trebuchet could be quite useful. It makes the work quicker and easier.
