Some people just do break things, like me and I do need people who are good at repairing stuff. So this is why this repair workshop here is so important, right? I wonder what kind of things You can repair here - cars, electronics, computers, maybe everything? What do You think of the design, isn't it really simple looking plus those colors are really unique, especially the green roof. So anyway if Your Minecraft needs a workshop then build it and enjoy it :)
