You know what is great idea if You don't know what sized house You want? To build a midsized one! It is not too big or small, so it is perfect, right? Anyway what do You think of the design of this house? The Medieval brown and grey colors, easy roof and not many details. Tbh the interior of this house is perfect, there is a corner for a bed, bookcases, chests ... well there is anything You need really. So if You want to build it then just do it and have fun :)
