Woah, this ruin here doesn't look that old ... it kind of looks like it was burnt down? To be honest I love this Medieval house ruin. Just look at those dark colors and let's be honest, it is almost a full house ... without a proper walls that is. Anyway, what can we do with a house like that? It would be amazing in the Halloween ... a little spooky house in the middle of a village. But anyway if You have a plan with it then just build it and take better care of it than the previous owner.
