Oh this town house here is really interesting, can You see the interior? It is really unique and since it is unfurnished then You can add anything You want there, doesn't it sound fun? How about moving there with Your friend tho because it really is roomy, or selling it? I am sure people would love a house like this - roomy, beautiful, detailed and even a little bit colorful.
