Would You agree if I say that the town center house is pretty much one of the most important places in town. I mean it is the place where the tourists go, people walk past that house very often and it is pretty much the heart of the town. So the design of it needs to be perfect. This one here is brown and really roomy too actually. But the most important thing, it looks welcoming and sweet even the rooms are cozy and small, so it should be perfect for a town center :)
