Now this Medieval house looks a bit like a Fantasy one, right? It is huge, there is so much free room to add all of Your things and the little unique part of the house on the second floor ... I wonder if this house here is meant for the richer people, what do You think? It sure looks rather expensive and interesting, so maybe. But this is Minecraft, so do as You wish and nothing less :)
