This is the house for enchanting. It has no doors and it looks like a place for meditating. You could just go in there and enjoy the nature. Maybe it would be even better to build it on top of a mountain or to build a tower underneath so You could gaze into the distance. I recognise this as place in the nature, to take some time off - read a book and just enjoy being by Yourself or enjoy the moment with someone special! The nearest thing in Minecraft for that is to enchant Your tools to work faster and fight better :)
