What would You do with the ability to command all sea-life? Just imagine being the well known Aquaman, it would be pretty cool, don't You think so, but a bit scary at the same time. I mean all of the nemeses and fights. But it is all for the good cause because we all want a world full of peace and happiness. Plus being the founding member of the Justice League of America is a pretty big deal as well. Anyway if You'd love to build him then do it and have fun :)
